This two bedroom apartment is located in a typical Swiss Chalet and features a great mountain, lake and castle view. The house is located on a quiet street in the village. The lake and the castle are just a 5 minutes walk away. Thun is a 15 minutes drive away (Interlaken 25 min and Bern 30 min drive by car away). Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung mit top Aussicht auf die Blüemlisalp und die Bergwelt. Erholung pur vor der Haustüre! Winter: Ein paar Gehminuten vom Haus befinden sich Schneeschuh-Trails und ein Sessellift, welcher (nur bei guten Schneeverhältnissen!) zum Skifahren und Schlitteln einlädt. Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Confort douillet et le lac Léman comme panorama.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Charmant studio en Gruyère

Idéalement situé au centre historique de Grandvillard, le studio est au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison construite en 1768. Partiellement rénové, il contient tout le nécessaire à votre séjour, lit confortable, kitchenette, salle de bains avec douche, chauffage, TV (pour lecture de clé USB), wifi et une terrasse. Il a la particularité de présenter encore les restes de l'ancienne forge à côté d'une jolie cheminée.

Gemütliches kleines Studio im Parterre mit eigenem Eingang. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 2,5 Kilometer ausserhalb vom Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend mitten im Wander und Bikegebiet. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Ortsbus erreichbar der Bus fährt nur 5 mal pro Tag (8:00 - 17:00 Uhr) die Haltestelle befindet sich 100 Meter entfernt.
