beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Landhaus Gutleben - viel Flair, Sauna und Natur

Dieses Haus hat uns gefunden! Eher zufällig wurde uns 2019 dieses alte Bauernhaus möbeliert zum Kauf angeboten. Sofort verliebten wir uns in das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, den zauberhaften Garten und die einzigartige Lage am Ende einer 1,5 km langen von Feldern umsäumten, asphaltierten Stichstrasse. Ich, Peter, liebe als Segler die unverbaute Weite, den Wind, die Stille, die Nähe zu Natur. Das alles habe ich auch hier zusammen mit meiner Frau Denise gefunden - quasi unser Ankerplatz an Land.

Neues, gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den Bodden und unweit der mecklenburgischen Ostseeküste! 70 qm - großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin und offener Küche. 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Schlafcouch und ein Bad mit eigener Sauna. Vollausgestatte Küche mit Zugang zur Teressa, welche zum grillen einlädt. Auch ein Lagerfeuer ist möglich. Der Bungalow ist komplett mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und ein PKW-Stellplatz, auf dem Grundstück, sowie ein weiterer an der Ostsee ist, vorhanden.

Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Zwischendeck - eine gemütliche Wohnung für Zwei

Die gemütliche Wohnung "Zwischendeck" für 2 Personen befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss direkt unter dem Dach des alten Kapitänshaus Dade. Die Schrägen und Fensternischen verleihen dem offenen Wohnraum mit Essecke und Küchenzeile einen besonderen Charme. Das großzügige Tageslichtbad hat eine Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir die Dachschrägen für eine kuschelige Schlafkoje genutzt und an der Fensterseite eine Kommode und den Kleiderständer integriert.
