Landhaus Gutleben - viel Flair, Sauna und Natur

Dieses Haus hat uns gefunden! Eher zufällig wurde uns 2019 dieses alte Bauernhaus möbeliert zum Kauf angeboten. Sofort verliebten wir uns in das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus, den zauberhaften Garten und die einzigartige Lage am Ende einer 1,5 km langen von Feldern umsäumten, asphaltierten Stichstrasse. Ich, Peter, liebe als Segler die unverbaute Weite, den Wind, die Stille, die Nähe zu Natur. Das alles habe ich auch hier zusammen mit meiner Frau Denise gefunden - quasi unser Ankerplatz an Land.

Vor dem Haus und im Naturgarten stehen gemütliche Sitzgruppen und Bänke für Sie bereit. In direkter Nachbarschaft lädt die Bodden-Landschaft zum Verweilen, Spazieren oder Radeln ein.

Sehenswert auf dem Hof: die BLACK BOX GALERIE und das Keramikatelier YELLOW CUBE . Der Kunsthof liegt am Rand der Rostocker Heide, günstig an der L22, mit Pferdekoppeln vis a vis. Ostsee+ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5km entfernt. Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür.

Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass alle Gäste sich bei uns wohlfühlen und stehen für Fragen und individuelle Absprachen gern zur Verfügung. Saal ist der ideale Startpunkt zur Erkundung der Boddenregion. Hier bieten sich zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Natur- und Sportfreunde wie Angeln, Wandern, Fahrrad fahren und Kitesurfen. Der nächstgelegene Ostseestrand ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Schönes möbliertes Zimmer in ruhiger Gegend

Ein schönes, gemütliches Zimmer wartet auf dich. Dort findest du Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher und eine kleine Sitzecke. Die Zudecke ist in Übergröße. Eine Küche gibt es nicht. Für kleine Mahlzeiten ist entsprechendes Geschirr vorhanden sowie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und eine Kochplatte für dich. Das Bad mit Dusche nutzt du allein. Auf dem Flur könnten wir uns selten begegnen. Ein Rad kann ich dir auch gern anbieten. Ggf. kannst du am Vormittag schon einchecken.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)
