Newly renovated apartment with dining area (& tv), kitchen, bedroom sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children + infant cot on request) and a shower room. A shared terrace and large garden. Free on-site parking & WiFi. Please note: a tourist tax is paid per adult over the age of 16yrs. Not able to accommodate pets.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, jams. In the bathroom shower, sink and toilet with built-in bidet. If you arrive late in the winter, let me know so we can get up early. the heating.

You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

Our house has 3 pet-free flats. All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot and high chair for infants are available on request. Guests can prepare their dinner outside on our garden barbecue, and enjoy it on the covered terrace. In the meantime, children can play in our garden shed. Guests can park their car in the car park 10 m from the house.
