Take Mount Seymour Parkway stay in the right lane take Lillooet Road to the end. There is a parking lot there are a lot of trails around there but the homestead/fisherman’s trail is off to the right when driving in. I would recommend using your GPS

I would recommend if you have not paddled much or at all call Deep Cove Kayak Rentals. They offer lessons and tours of Indian Arm and it is not expensive. Deep Cove as a 15 min drive from our house and you can paddle by our place.

Things to do while in Vancouver

Spend the day in Whistler. It is an hour and 40 min drive from our place. Spend the day at Stanley Park, walk or rent a bike and go around the sea wall it is 10K or 6.2 miles. Take an umbrella just in case At Stanley park there is also the Aquarium you can add that to your day in Stanley Park. To get to Stanley Park you would take Highway 1 West to Capilano Road turn left follow the signs to Downtown - Lions Gate Bridge (it takes approx. 20 to 25 min depending on traffic from the cottage) Spend the day at Granville Island near downtown - lots of shops and an open food market and place
