Food Scene

Food is great here. It also doubles as a lounge bar later in the evenings, and gets quite busy after 12pm on the weekends.

Closest Place to go for Breakfast. Lineups on Saturday and Sunday mornings are legendary, be warned!

This is my favorite restaurant in Victoria. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. I would make a reservation no matter what day, but especially on the weekends in the summer. It can sometimes book up weeks in advance.

Parks & Nature

The top of Mount Doug is accessible by car, but there are some great hiking trails to the top if you park at the bottom. Beautiful views along the way, this is a regular afternoon activity for a lot of locals.
