Best beach in the east I reckon, being local I'm a little biased but how can you argue with an ocean pool, rock pool and full-time lifeguard service on the beach. Bus from outside our place goes straight there, 3 min drive or 15-20mins walk. Some good cafes down there for breakie too.

Huge old bowls club now owned by Sydney Roosters. Food's not great but drinks are cheap, super kid friendly and the big screen projection is huge. V chilled on a Sunday arvo drinks session. Oh and you can roll a few bowls here if you want too.
