I love this place! It's a food hall with some of Charlotte's best coffee (NJC coffee), cheese (Orman's), food (Local Loaf), pizza (Pure Pizza), craft beer (Tank's Tap) to name a few. Great for breakfast and lunch. From here you can also hop on the light rail and explore other areas of Charlotte such as SouthEnd and NoDa, both have amazing breweries, restaurants, galleries, etc.

Uptown has a ton of amazing public art. This is a great way to explore the area and appreciate talent. Must see the huge piece inside the Carillon lobby especially when it's rotating. You can download a map here https://www.artsandscience.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/pawalkingtourbrochure.pdf

Right across the street from the condo (in the old church) this place is a gem. All the other museums are on the other end of uptown but this is my favorite, not just because of location but because the resident artists have amazing exhibits and installations.
