It's beautiful and iconic! Relatively close for getting out of the city! Can get very hot in summer time and shade is sparse, so bring lots of water!

Beautiful park with short hike to small pond. Also has a ranch house with central grassy park with mature shade trees. Much more quiet than Red Rock. There are scheduled plays and concerts some evenings.
