Walk/ Run along the west side highway (take a right when you leave the building and walk all the way to the river). Go south when you get to the river (turn left) and walk down to battery park. Our favorite morning run ~ 5 miles round trip.

Always bring your own supplies before you go there. It is a government agency so they lack almost everything (including pens and tape). If you need tape, it is above the TV on the left side top shelf.
