Getting Around

This is the stop of tram number 2 right before the building where our studio apartment is. It takes you alongside the river Danube. It is actually a budget friendly way to have a tour trough the heart of Budapest: you can see the beautiful bridges, the castle and Gellért-hegy on the other (Buda) side, tha Museum of Ethnography, the Parliament, the building of the the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the Hungarian National Theater and MÜPA on the Pest side.
