Best place to go early in the morning for tail hikes, and beautiful sunrise views on the city. Or, check out this spot for sunset. Weekdays are preferred as it is less crowded, but if you're headed there on a weekend make sure to get there early. Parking is no longer free, so keep this in mind. Also! Don't forget to pick up some snacks, or coffee to enjoy up there for the view (the food provided is a bit overpriced and not delicious).
