Easily the best ice cream in Copenhagen - if not all of Denmark. There’s a few spots around the city but this one in Meatpackers district is our favourite. ‘Try before you buy’ is welcome here so be bold and try some different flavours. You won’t regret it.

If you’re looking for quality bread and typical danish pastry this is your place. On weekends our neighbours line up for a freshly baked rye-bread or sourdough rolls. The sweet cardamom rolls are my favourite.

Getting around
Using the metro to get around
Your best option for transportation is the metro. The station “Amager Strand” is really close to the house. From there you can reach just about any major sight in Copenhagen including the airport.

Donkey Republic City bikes
If you want to explore the city by bicycles your best option is ‘Donkey Republic’. These bicycles are readily available in many places all over the city. They can be rented for an hour, three hours, a day or even longer than that. Bikes are rented through the Donkey Republic app. Usually there’s plenty available bicycles by the metro station ‘Amager Strand’ just a short walk from the house
