Kaffe Haus – German restaurant, is amazing for breakfast and lunch – it does get crowded so get their early (before 9am). If it is too packed right next door is a Mexican restaurant that is very good as well.

Wrecked on the Reef – is a bar/club on the beach. It is on the opposite side of town and is the most well known bar. It is the furthest away from us and is about 20 min drive.

--Snack Store: There is a little market called “Home Run” when you enter into Las Concha’s – they have a little bit of everything and it is an easy place to get quick items. If you are staying for longer time period or need more items – Bodega right next to Sam’s club is actually a Mexican Wal-Mart and has most items from Wal-Mart ☺.

Traveler advice

Book before you go

Beach items :)

--Beach toys are underneath the stairs: we have badminton, botchee ball, sand toys and a sun shield (green bag) which pops open. Anything underneath there is for anyone to use – please return or else the other guest will not be able to have the same fun. If something breaks it is alright, just let us know so we can reorder ☺ we understand, we have children too and things break ☺ --Beach Towels: In the baskets are beach towels for our guests to enjoy.
Don't miss

Beach access

--Beach: The easiest beach access is to your right side facing the ocean. Follow the road all the way down to the beach entrance. It is that simple. There will be beach sellers daily that can bring drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic to you), banana boat and jet skis. If you want to do these things bring cash with you ☺. If you want shade, bring the popup tent in the circular zip bag under the stairs.

Tide Calendar

I have a tide calendar on top of the sideboard with the board games. It will tell you when high and low tide is. There can be very big tidal changes and it is really fun to check out the tide pools (you will find lots of crabs, some starfish, sea anemones, sand dollars and all sorts of beautiful shells ---if you are very lucky an octopus). We have colorful ocean nets under the stairs and buckets for you to catch the animals and see them up close. CEDA does a tide pool tour that is amazing as well
