The Downtown section of Eureka Springs is only about a 20 minute walk from the guest house (or you can catch the trolley at a stop right across the street). It's full of art galleries, unique shops, historic hotels, and a variety of restaurants.

Traveler advice

Getting around

Be careful with GPS - it's not always accurate in town.

For instance, we've seen people drive right off the hillside across the street, because their GPS showed Angle Street as connecting to Main Street, when it actually deadends at the rental cottage up there. Another good example is Mountain Street - the GPS doesn't show how very steep it is. Getting up it from Main Street is best left to us locals.
