Food scene

The Alford arms is by far one of the best pubs in the area nestled in the countryside with lots of lovely woodland or scenic walks nearby, food is delicious. They are dog and family friendly and also have lots of outside space. Would be advisable to book to avoid disappointment.

Cute coffee & cake shop that you can also treat yourself to some new house plants, or even pop into the garden centre if you're really green fingered. Dog friendly and is just a 3 minute drive from The Croft or a lovely 30 minute scenic walk.

cinema

An art deco single screen cinema originally opened in the 1930s. Complete with a fantastic wine bar, it's understandable why this is nearly a sell out most nights.
