My favorite restaurants

Some feel Kerrville can be a bit lacking in the restaurant department, however, I disagree. You just need to know where to go!
Great brewery/eatery in the hub of Kerrville. Order their pretzel 🥨 and you won’t regret it. If you are into craft beer they have some pretty amazing ones. My favorite is the porter. If you don’t feel like cooking order a pizza and a growler to go!

Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Kerrville. Great food and an amazing beer and wine selection complete with a non pretentious attitude! Be sure to call for reservations especially on weekends.

1011 Bistro is Kerrville’s place to go for a special occasion. The food is always on point and the views of the river make for a very relaxing pleasant dining experience. Reservations are highly recommended and if the weather cooperates I would suggest trying to snag a table outside on their patio it’s a beautiful setting for a sunset dinner!

I love Thai O’cha it’s my go to place for dinner when I can’t make up my mind. They are great if you need vegetarian options. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. If dining at the restaurant opt for a table on the patio overlooking the river.

I love Bridget's Basket the food is always on point and the farm to table concept is something that was lacking in our area for quite sometime. The market next door has lots of items you can pick up for a picnic at the river. The staff is always super friendly!

The Rio Ranch Café is a great place to check out if you are looking for more of a local scene. If you are staying at the Inn the Loop Cottage it is just up the road. They have a very good breakfast and a friendly home town atmosphere.

Sightseeing

This is one of those you have to see it to believe it kind of places. It’s a replica of Stone Henge in Ingram, Tx. It’s def worth a stop if you decide to take a scenic drive along the river to Hunt on Hwy 39.

Great place to see live music and hang with the Hunt locals. It includes a store, food and live music some nights. I thoroughly enjoy spending time at the Hunt Store. The food is BBQ with bar food style apps and sandwiches. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the house a visit to Hunt is always a good idea!
