Excellent Menu and Beautiful setting for dinner. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere and an outdoor terrace. The food is varied and delicious. For vegetarians there are also some dishes like the vegetarian burgers or the hummus vegetable wrap.

risaig Provincial Park is a small picnic park located near the community of Arisaig, 27 km (17 mi) north of Antigonish in the Northumberland Shore region. A 1.6-km (1-mi) loop trail provides access to many interesting features. From the interpretive kiosk, the trail winds towards the shore through a forest of white spruce. The shoreline portion includes a viewing platform and several access points to the beach. Another viewing station overlooks Arisaig Brook. From Arisaig Brook, the trail climbs a short but steep hill to the top of a small open field, where it returns to the kiosk along the ridge.

Located 18km from downtown Antigonish, Pomquet Beach combines charming board walks, a gently sloping beach as well as changing rooms and washrooms making it a lovely spot for families interested in a scenic walk or a cooling dip. The beach area is part of the Pomquet Provincial Park and the same boardwalks that lead from the parking area to the beach also loop through the surrounding woods providing a relaxing walk for families with strollers or individuals with wheelchairs.

Anchor’s Above Zipline Adventures boasts two ziplines. Leaving the parking lot and ticket booth, you will hike to the first platform where trained staff will get you into your safety gear (all provided by AAZA). Once safely equipped you will be hooked to the 1,100 ft awe inspiring monster line 240 ft above the ground that drops nearly six stories to the second line that is 900 ft long and 190ft off the ground. This line drops nearly 10 stories returning you safely to the parking lot/ticket booth where you started.
