Pretty much a holy place ;), if you didn't see the murals around the city, Hajduk and Torcida are a pretty big deal in Split. Would recommend visiting if there is a game during your stay, the atmosphere is something else. But choose tickets for east or west, north can be a bit too much for first timers. :)

Go hiking, swimming on popular beaches with bars on the south side, or on more secluded stone beaches on the north side, take a walk, go jogging, explore the old churches or simply just enjoy the smell of pine trees and the view of the city.

Beautiful mountain and awesome views when you get to the top. You can take different roads, depending on your level of experience. Make sure to wear proper shoes (no flip flops etc)and outfit (there can be snakes in the summer) and always bring some food and water. Enjoy the mountain but respect its force as well. You don't want to be one of the tourists we hear about in the news ;)
