Sightseeing

Gorgeous beaches, great restaurants, amazing people-watching ;) I used to live in the neighborhood south of 5th street. This area is really quaint and charming as well as less hectic. Some cute cafes and small, cozy bars can be found there. And, a visit to Monty's on the Beach, though a tourist-hotspot, is a must! Great place for a cocktail and to watch the sunset!

Beautiful beaches along both sides of the highway on the drive onto the key, with the best beaches located at Crandon Park with endless stretches of soft sand and palm trees. Waterfront restaurants and cafes. A lighthouse at the end of Key Biscayne called the Cape Florida Lighthouse.

A day trip down to the famous Florida Keys is an absolute must! The drive down to the keys takes about an hour and a half and is breathtaking! The Caribbean Club is an old Keys staple dive bar with live music on weekends. The views are incredible! the sunsets viewed from anywhere in the Keys are by far the best in the U.S.!
