Getting around

Arrowhead Mountain Adventures Shuttle Service

During the winter months when the road is closed Arrowhead Mountain Adventures offers a shuttle service to the cabin. This is not a regular, daily shuttle, so make sure you call/book with plenty of time in advance (at least a couple of weeks) to ensure of availability. They shuttle in a fully-enclosed Polaris Ranger on tracks. Up to 5 passengers and has an open bed for luggage and packages. Check their website at alpineplateau (dot com) for pricing. Click on "book" then you will see information on the shuttle. Be mindful, rate is per Trip.
What to pack

What Should I Pack?

1. If you are staying in the winter pack, snow gear including snow pants, gloves, snow boots, hat. If you will be renting snowmobiles, bring ski googles as well. 2. Pack enough food to last for your stay, your closest grocery store is 36 miles away or about an hour drive. 3. Drive a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle when staying during the winter months 4. Pack games and movies to play and watch. 5. Sunscreen! We are at 9,500 feet elevation and the sun is a lot stronger at that elevation. 6. Pack your own body soap, shampoo and conditioner
