if you want a night out, and a bit of a scene, this is the spot. If you're looking for amazing food, probably not. Decent, but not amazing. A friend called it, decent wedding food. HA! Overlooking beacon falls, it's quite lovely... worth a visit for a cocktail. Make a reservation.

This is the gastropub you've been looking for. And it's a bit off the beaten path so you'll likely be with locals or those who have done their research. If you like beer, this is your place.

Sightseeing

The Dia almost singlehandedly revitalized Beacon from a rust belt town back into a vibrant diverse and highly creative destination. Housed in a converted and exquisitely renovated Nabisko box factory, the building is so large it can house large installations that can take your breath away. And they have your Warhols too. Seriously, just go. Since Covid you need to make a reservation on-line before you go.
