Customs and culture
Casual clothing. No suits are required.
We are a casual community in the way we dress. Men can get by with a nice shirt and jeans anytime! Women, we bring the style! Women can expect anything from fully dressed up to very casual. Be you. Enjoy the time.
Because of this casual appearance, it is impossible to tell if someone is a millionaire or not. Best advice - be kind to everyone!
Getting around
Winter can be 9 months (not all consecutive!)
Watch the weather conditions closely from October - June. If you need advice, contact me! I can't give you a guarantee, but I can help you not be nervous!
(hint: if the weather says 50% chance of snow, it does not mean we are about to get hit with deep snow - just means there is a 50% chance a snowflake will fall out of the sky)

The Historic Downtown is a must!
The shops, restaurants, and bars are mainly Mom and Pops! Go check it out!
There are a variety of murals to look at throughout the downtown back walls and alleyways.
Sundays many places are closed.
Mondays some retail shops are closed.
