Right on the side of the El Zonte wave, this is hands down my favorite place in El Zonte. Very local spot where you can get fried fish or a fruit smoothie and watch the surfers (or go surf yourself!)

Very lively restaurant, very creative menu, great ambiance (lots of trees and plants). I love this place because it has lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well as meat choices so there is something for everyone! The food here is excellent.
It's right in the center of El Tunco (about 10 minute drive from El Zonte.) and is open for brunch and dinner.
They usually do Salsa night on Wednesdays and Hip Hop night on Fridays

Local craft beer and great ocean views. Located right on the edge of the road, you'll have front row seats to see waves roll in and hit the cliffs. They have natural salt water pools as well as a normal pool here. This is about 5-10 minutes driving from El Zonte.
