The food is delicious, I have yet to find a better Indian. If you decide to eat in, the atmosphere is excellent and you can dress up for the occasion or go smart/casual. The service is excellent, I cannot fault them.

Hotham Park Cafe, has a tasty menu, the food is good quality and looks great on the plate. The cafe is open for breakfast to early dinner.
It is situated in Hotham Park, where you can easily spend a couple of hours or more with the children, there’s a miniature railway, kids play park, mini golf, Pedalos and lots of green space to play.

You can get a day pass and enjoy all the activities on offer. I have taken my children to Butlins many a time for the swimming pool alone.

WARNING: bit of a drive! About 45minutes / 1 hour. So really only good if you’re staying for a week and want a packed day out with the kids. I would recommend it for under 11 years (really), my grandchild who is 2 LOVES it, it is excellent for 2 - 6years.

You have to pay for parking, but the play park, grounds and trail are free.

Picturesque lake that has a lovely footpath around the perimeter. When walking round there are footpaths taking you away from the lake and over the hills if you wanted a longer walk. Dogs are welcome, although on leads near the birds.

Nearby there’s a mini golf, a wetland and the historic city of Arundel. Arundel has lots of eateries and boutique shops.
