Sightseeing

Fullerton Train Station is not even 10 minutes away from La Casita. It is a beautiful historical site, full of charm and old OC vibes. When you get in the train, sit on the top deck of the train; you will be treated to a gorgeous scenery of the California Coast in a 2 hr. trip to San Diego with several interesting stops (like San Juan Capistrano, one of the famous Missions that are part of the historical El Camino Real (the Royal Highway). Feel free to Google it and be transported to California's settling times. It is very reasonably priced and an unequaled experience. Going North, the Pacific Surferliner has stations in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. It is a relaxing, unexpensive way to sightsee a part of California's beauty, minus the traffic :)

Breath taking beauty. The ocean temperature in So. California runs on the cold side, but even if you don't surf or go in the water, the sound of the waves, the sand on your toes and the sound of the ocean is enough to make you forget all your troubles.
