Nature Nearby/Hike&Bike Trails
Seminole County is home to some of Florida's best parks, and not talking just Disney! :) Florida State Parks and the National Parks nearby features amazing natural views and fun for all. Whether hiking, biking, swimming , camping or canoeing/kayaking is your thing - there will be plenty of options to explore and not far from the rental. Some within waking distance others are a short bike or car ride away. This is a short list of some of my favorites, Cheers!

Known also as 'The Painted Trail', this paved trail is covered with painted murals along the fence. Something to gaze at along your walk/run or bike excursion. Along with the amazing murals this trail happens to be nearly completely shaded by trees which help to keep the sun off you. Much needed in our Florida heat and it's less a mile from rental!

Another completely shaded trail by the dense overhanging trees. This trail is unpaved and follows along a nearby river with some stunning views. Make sure to bring your bug spray! This is my favorite trail by far, given all of the wildlife you are able to spot on every trip 👀 It is a 7mile loop which altogether takes about 3 hours to complete.

Transportation
The ride share apps Uber and Lyft are both available from the rental and all throughout Central Florida area for relatively inexpensive pick up and drop offs.
The bus systems, LYNX, runs nearby the rental as well for the least inexpensive way to get around.
Sunrail is a speed train that has stops all throughout the cities in Central Florida, and there is a pick up just minutes from the rental. under 10 min car ride or 15 min bike
Walking distance there are several restaurants and a coffee shop nearby rental, just a few minutes walk away. Grocery stores are a mile or 2 from rental.
