Neighborhoods

Winston Churchill (our neighborhood) is one of the best and safest places in Mississauga. It is ideal for anyone looking to have a great getaway without any worries about whether you are travelling for pleasure or business. You will have access to anything on your itinerary from entertainment, shopping, food, and drink, to a quiet serene vacation if you so choose. My residence is 15 min from Downtown Mississauga and Square One shopping center, 25 min from the airport, and 35 min from Downtown Toronto. Niagara Falls and wine country is 45 min away and you are just over an hour from the US border. You can enjoy your day by eating out at one of the cool restaurants or bars we have within walking distance or a short car ride, shopping, or even taking a long walk on the trails right beside the house at one of our many parks. If you want to go sightseeing or seek some local culture, visit one of our many museums in Toronto, see Niagara Falls, or go for some wine tasting in Niagara Wine Region. There is also Exhibition Place, Ontario Place, Toronto Zoo, African Lion Safari, Ontario Science Center, Wonderland, Marine-land, Wild Water Kingdom, and much more! If you want to visit lake Ontario, it is only 20 minutes away and there you can find, the port and marina, beachfront parks, shops, cafes, restaurants, festivals, and much more. If you visit in the winter, go skating for free at Mississauga celebration square or skiing at Centennial park both under 10 minutes away! Message me for more information as there are too many attractions to list =)

Hustle and noise, aromatic streets full of tikkas and naans, beautifully painted trucks, the smell of freshly made chai and the joy of having gol gappas in the middle of a street is the feeling we long for here in Canada. After our trip to Pakistan in 2017 and several homesick months, Laari Adda was born. Laari Adda which literally translates to “truck stop” is a representation of all the daily hustle and bustle on the streets of Pakistan. We bring together authentic Pakistani flavours with modern era variations to present Laari Adda as modern age street – style culture. From our Lahori Fish Tacos to Nulli Nihari, from Desi Club Sandwich to Chicken Tikka Boti, we have all that you’ve been craving. Us desis cannot compromise on our daily dose of chai and so we bring you steaming hot Karak Chai from back home served in small kettles for all your Instagram worthy pictures. Bid farewell to the days when you felt homesick, as we bring Pakistan to Canada.
