Fishing

Evergreen lake is a great spot to walk, paddle board, ice skate, jog, sit or fish. There is a trail that loops around the entire lake allowing for sightseeing. Bonus points for it being steps away from our historic downtown Evergreen! (If you’re interested in lake fishing or ice fishing please reach out to us! We have many tips and insights as this is our nearly daily fishing hole. We also have gear we can provide our guests.)

Food scene

Cactus Jack’s is a family and dog friendly local watering hole. It is right next to Evergreen lake and has phenomenal food and live music on the weekend. Our favorite menu items are any of their great burgers, the hot wings and finish up with a Nutella milkshake.
