It's about a 45 min drive from Secret Cove and a great way to see the rest of this part of the sunshine coast. The trail itself is relatively flat and non-technical. The forest is lovely with all shades of green. it's about a 45 min walk to the narrows and the best time to see the most movement in the water is high tide.
