Summertime Must Go!

A must go during summer! This waterpark is the biggest in British Columbia and totally worth the visit. With affordable tickets (Cad 25,00 per person incl. taxes), you'll definitely have lots of fun! Now operating in two sessions per day, the limited amount of people makes the queues almost nonexistent. I recommend this to my guests due to the fact that the park is a 2-hour drive from Vancouver downtown (105km). Meanwhile, from Surrey BC it takes about 1hour 20min for you to get there. A must go attraction with beautiful surroundings (Cultus Lake has awesome views). Open until September 7th, 2020. AM Session: Arrive by 9 am – (slides start at 9:30 am – exit by 1:30) PM Session: Arrive by 2:30 pm (slides start at 3:oo pm – exit by 7:00 pm) Open Daily, Rain or Shine

As fun as it can be! You'll have lots of fun with breathing views. And no, during summer the water is not super cold as you may think it is. During it's 2020 summer season, the waterpark will open from 11:00 am-6:00 pm daily. Time are as followed: 11:00AM-1PM 1:30 PM-3:30 PM 4:00 PM-6:00 PM It closes September 7th, 2020. And you have other activities available. I highly recommend the BBQ boat rental (you can bring your own food and enjoy a bbq while chilling on the lake) and the Bumper boat rental. It's about 2hours from Vancouver downtown and 1hour 20min from Surrey BC by car.

Surrounding Cities in Greater Vancouver Area

New Westminster is located across Fraser River, connected to Surrey by the historical Pattullo Bridge. If you visit New West by Skytrain (it's just 03 stations from our place), just stop at Columbia Station, and you will be right in the Old city centre and Front Street. One curiosity is that, like many places across Canada, Front Street was used as a location in feature films such as Rumble in the Bronx, I, Robot, Shooter and New Moon.

One of the city’s top attractions is Mundy Park, which is the largest park in Coquitlam. The 176-hectare park is filled with wildlife and a great spot to look for black bears. The Hard Rock Casino Vancouver is the largest casino in the province, and despite its name, it is actually located in Coquitlam. If you go there using Skytrain, the Lafarge Lake-Douglas Station is the place to stop and check the Lafarge Lake, located right in front of the station. The lake is home to many species of waterfowl, as well as beavers, common carp, brown bullhead, bluegill, and is stocked with rainbow trout in the spring and fall.

Nature Escapades on Lower Inland BC

Harrison greatest attraction is its hot springs, of course, but it is also the closest access to Sasquatch Provincial Park. Yup...Harrison is Sasquatch (aka Bigfoot) hometown! You can expect breathtaking views while surrounded by nature : ) A 2-hours drive from Vancouver downtown, I recommend Harrison to my guests due to the fact that my listing in Surrey BC is conveniently distant by a 1hour 10min drive.
