Casa Mango is a lovely little Jungle restaurant owned by an Italian couple who also operates the bed and breakfast here. All the food is fresh including homemade pasta and gelato. Breakfast is served 700-1030am and dinner is 630-930pm.

The Coba pyramids are so fun to visit and only a 20 minute drive from Casa Fortuna. You can either rent bikes or get taxied around the archaeological site. This is also one of the only pyramids you can actually climb and get an amazing view of the jungle. you can also zip line across a lagoon here.

Its a little out of the way but Punta Laguna is a great place to visit to see monkeys in their natural habitat. there is also a beautiful lagoon to swim at and zip lines.

There are also many local shops that sell souvenirs much cheaper then in town. There are also some small fruit markets and places to grab roasted chicken plates and tacos for cheap.
