Traveler advice

Getting around

Mountain driving = 4WD/AWD

Many of the roads off the highway turn into dirt roads. These lead to fantastic views but it is important to be aware of the conditions and be in a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Most of the roads are plowed and maintained in the winter. However, it is not uncommon to get caught in a snowy drive.
