We go to the cinema here almost every Monday night when we are in London as the seats are cheap and the film choice is great. We also love the new cafe in the Barbican centre and often drop in for a coffee and snack.

Tate Modern is an easy walk from the apartment and a walk that takes you over the wonderful iconic pedestrian footbridge that crosses the Thames below St Pauls Cathedral taking you directly to the Tate. This gallery is a wonderful place just to hang out. There are new exhibitions throughout the year - check their website - and a wonderful permanent collection of twentieth century art.
