Food Scene

The food is fresh and flavourful, the prices are modest and the staff are super friendly and helpful with gentle recommendations. Often foods in season will be offered

A wonderful place to visit Julian Saturday morning if you enjoy food and meeting the people who are often the farmers. My favourite place to eat here is Busters Sea Cove. The new England Chowda, Libsyer Roll and all their seafood dishes are spectacular. there is some counter space and tables close by.

Parks & Nature

The ferry ride across the water to Toronto island is a soothing experience in the summer, spring or fall. You can see the city skyline from so many vantage points, bike ride or just walk the 2 islands.

Sightseeing

Historic warehouse buildings that have been been given a new life and vibe with restaurants, a micro-breweries, independent coffee shops and strolling in beautifully maintained settings. Suggest: my personal favourite is the Pure Spirits Oyster House, but it all good: The Mill Street Beer Hall, or Bistros, Boulangeries, Tapas, Sushi and so much more.

You look back at the city and see the skyscrapers but from a setting of water and trees. Great for biking and swimming in the summer months
