A rare gem of atmosphere and sophistication, this top-floor restaurant boasts epic, panoramic views of the beach. The menu doesn't disappoint, either. Their individually sized gourmet pizzas are a sure-thing.

This relatively new restaurant/hotel is a bustling and lively place to grab a meal, a quick bite, or a beer. We think the perfect combination for a Saturday morning in Ilwaco is to check out the art walk and then duck in for a burger or a fish entree.

I had great halibut fish and chips here. They batter it themselves and the coleslaw and tartar sauce are homemade. Portion was large ( I had the four piece).

This can be a popular stop for sight-seers on their way to and from the peninsula. You can pull in and drive up the hill for a great view of the Columbia Bar, but there is also an idyllic little beach just a short hike from the lower parking lot. Looking for an uncrowded hike on a busy weekend? Drive up the hill and away from the water for an easy uphill hike into the forest. There's a neat surprise at the end!
