Hands down, this is our favorite restaurant in the city. Reservations are required in advance and they do fill up. Large bar area that is usually full by 5:30 pm. Seafood is their specialty but they do everything so well. We are in love with the steak tartar and Gulf fish dip. All of the entrees are amazing and we have never left this place disappointed.

Emily's favorite restaurant in the city. Fresh, Middle Eastern cuisine located in the Bayou St. John area. Does not accept reservations. Small, quaint space so the seating is limited. If you arrive after 7 pm, you may have a short wait. Have to wait? No big deal, head next door to Swirl Wines and try a nice glass of vino while waiting on your table. Better yet, you can order your food to go and they will serve it to you at Swirl.

We recommend visiting late lunch, early evening. 3 for 1 drink specials are abundant during that time and it's much safer. Razzoo's and Cat's Meow (karaoke) are always a good time!
