Sightseeing
This is a very nice location to visit, on the river Thames, with lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The riverside walk is beautiful, and here you can board one of the river boats that take you sightseeing towards Hampton Court or Westminster. You can also rent a typical river boat by the hour. While in Richmond it is worth stopping for a real Italian ice cream at Danieli, 16 Brewers Ln, Richmond TW9 1HH (the best ice cream in London!)
