A not so far drive to the neighbouring town of Alfonso, Lime and Basil is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Also set in a private and quiet residential area.

They serve good pizza and pasta. From the outside, it doesnt look like a restaurant because they also sell religious items but dont let the exterior fool you. They serve good selection of drinks too.

I love this place because it’s secluded and unpretentious. They serve good but affordable ramen. Dont forget to also try their gyoza. Located in Alfonso, it’s bit of a far drive from the center of Tagaytay but worth it. Come early as they are usually fully booked.

People coming from Manila by bus get off here. You can take a tricycle from anywhere in Tagaytay but there is a terminal here just a few minutes away from the house.
