This place is hidden but wellknown. With a great view over parts of Berlin, Snacks and drinks and in the night with a club. To get in you have to enter the shopping center "Rathaus Neuköln", take the lift to the 4th floor and cross the parking garage. Its full but absolutely worth a vivist!
