This is such a gem! Peter is a mine of knowledge about plants and organic foods and cooks everything from scratch daily. He takes such loving care of every person that walks in the door. The food is delicious, healthy and reasonably priced and "all you can eat" buffets a fantastic bargain. Great vegetarian and vegan selection

Berryvale is a Mount Shasta institution. Hang out here long enough and you will be bound to have some fascinating encounters! The go-to place for health foods, you can stock up on supplies. It has a wonderful deli bar, smoothies, salads, wonderful rice and beans, teas and coffees. You can enjoy your food or drink in the attached eating area, watching community life.

Fantastic Thai food, very affordable and lovely staff. Often quiet and not the best ambiance but more than made up for by wonderful food.
Open tilll 8pm- closed Mondays and at 6pm on Sundays.

What a nursery??!! Actually, I highly recommend The Garden Tap - a pizza and beer garden on the nursery premises - but this place is only recently opened so doesn't show up to Google. Real wood fired pizzas - the best in the area by a mile - craft beers and kombucha on tap. Fantastic salads too. All in the idyllic setting of the nursery gardens. Thursday - Sunday 4 - 10 pm only. Pizzas take longer as there is only one oven but well well worth it!
