Our Favorite Restaurant is Ceviche House (Peruvian Food), is a few blocks from the house (aprox. 20 mins if you go walking)- 79 Ave. Isla Verde, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00979. Tel. (787) 726-0919. Ceviche House has the best ceviche. Our favorite dish is “lomo salteado”, this comes with strips of beef with French fries and rice. Delicious!

If you are spending a few days in Puerto Rico and have a day to spare, I would go to Flamenco beach in Culebra. To arrive there, you have to get to Ceiba and take an early ferry that leaves at 6:30 am. They sell tickets online at www.porferry.com. Remember to buy both tickets to leave and return back on the island. The early rise is worth it once you get to see one of the most beautiful beaches in the world:

Well you are walking steps from the one closed to the house. Unfortunately, the climate change has provoked that there is less sand to lay down. There is another one frequented by locals called Ocean Park. Is like 5 minutes away by Uber.

You can take an Uber ride from the house. Also you can rent a scooter, download the the app called Bird that will help you to locate the nearest to your area. They always put scooters near the beach close to the house.
