The Harbour at Kalk Bay is picturesque with colourful fishing boats and a working fish market, plus performing seal, Rosy. It is also a good place to eat fish with a range for every pocket from a cheap and cheerful fish and chip shop to the glamourous Harbour House which is pricey but good.

Parks & Nature

The most unspoilt part of the peninsular and a 'must see' on every visitors list. To beat the crowds who flock in droves to climb the path to the lighthouse where the two oceans appear to meet, get there before 10am. Many totally pristine beaches with hardly a human in sight, just ostriches, baboons, and various antelope. Good place for a stunning brunch.
