This place is a staple of Monmouth Beach and Long Branch. This place has been THE go-to bagel shop in the area for decades. It's not as good as some bagel shops in North Jersey, but it sure beats Dunkin Donuts. Best bagel shop in eastern Monmouth County, that's for damn sure!

It's a cheap, family-friendly outdoors-only seafood place. It's a long shot from being as classy as Bahrs Landing next door, but damn, those views tho! It's the perfect spot to end your trip down the shore with scenic vistas of the historic Highlands Lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Route 35 draw bridge over the Navesink River.

Also known locally as "Monmouth Mart", this supermarket has been a staple of Monmouth Beach for decades. It's definitely a bit expensive, but that's the price you pay for the convenience.

Drinks & Nightlife

It's a sports bar, but it also has a great Italian kitchen too, you can sit at the bar and order "bar pies" (personal pan pizzas), or sit at a booth in the restaurant section. PRO TIP: try the eggplant fries. Deep-fried shoestring eggplant strips served with melted butter and powdered Parmesan cheese. It's heaven in your mouth.

Definitely a secret spot known only to Monmouth County locals, Boyle's Tavern has been in business for years. Great place to walk to for a quick drink when you're bored and restless at night. Not such great prospects for the pick-up scene, though.
