Big grocery store with Norway's lowest prices on food and day-to-day items. Often there are great weekly offers that's worth checking out!

Food Scene

Great coffee at affordable prices. Try asking for today's special and top it off with some warm milk. Perfect start of the day, perfectly located just beside the tram stop in Vogts gate.

In the old space of one of Oslo's legendary restaurants/pubs 'Oskar Braaten', newly opened 'Grisen' ('The Pig') has proved itself to be a worthy successor with a pork-filled menu. Try the fries!

Probably my favorite spot in all of Oslo. Great food (as you might've noticed I'm a sucker for burgers) accompanied by a wide arrange of classic board games makes the 20 minute walk totally worth it!

Everything Else

Check it out. It is worth it. Secluded and elevated, this park (which has named the entire area), offers a spectacular view of the city.

Sightseeing

To me, Sognsvann is the most beautiful place in Oslo. As I grew up under a mile from this wonderful recreational spot, it will always hold a special place in my heart. Nowhere is nicer on a sunny day!
