Reykjavík Fleemarket, weird stuff for sale but also great finds in between. Worth with the visit. Taste some moldy shark and Icelandic licorice. Weekends only. Across the street is the famous hot dog stand. A must.

A touristy book store, where you can find books on Iceland and translated Icelandic literature. You get decent coffee there and you are allowed to borrow magazines while you gobble your drinks down. Don't buy wool goods there, rip-off.

Walk around the pond early morning or late at night. It is always serene and beautiful out there - giving the weather is ok. Don't feed the ducks even if you see mad locals doing it. Ducks should not eat bread ;)
