Wonderful tapas served in contemporary surroundings in an old building. The restaurant has a roof terrace and is perfect for couples or groups of people. It is a very popular place so booking ahead is advised.

Sightseeing

Tarragona has everything. It's Barcelona without the crowds! Roman amphitheater, old city walls, bars, cafes, restaurants, a lovely ramblas and the Balcon De Mediterrane with great views. It even has wonderful beaches (our favourite is Arabasada)

Santes Creus is an architecturally beautiful and historically interesting world heritage monastery. It is the resting place of two Spanish kings and queens and is also set in a nice village with good bars, cafes and resaurants. Despite being well known and very reasonably priced (around 8 Euros including an audi guide) it is peaceful and seldom busy.

Siurana is rightly famed as one of the most beautiful places in Catalunya. It is a 1.5 hour drive from Mas D'en Roig, but this is along some of the best roads imaginable with wonderful views and villages along the way. Siurana itself is a cliff top village of extraordinary beauty and also has some great bars and restaurants
