Drive down Boulder Canyon Road to check out amazing granite towers, hear the rushing creek and get a close-to-town snapshot of the mountains. If you continue all the way down the canyon you'll end up in a funky little hippie town called Nederland, which is also worth exploring.

amazing views of the iconic flatirons and lots of trails. bring water and some stamina - even the easy trails will have you huffing and puffing. there is a summer shuttle you can look up online that will take you there from various parking points in Boulder, as parking is limited in the busy summer months
