Hunting Island State Park is a 5000 acre park with over 3 miles of wide sandy beach at low tide. There are also picnic areas there as well as bath houses, restrooms, and nature trails. Don't miss out on climbing the light house at North Beach. It's the only light house in South Carolina that's open to the public. There are fees to get into the park. If you have a state park pass you can use it here.
