Do this. You will not regret it. The pic on the guidebook cover is of the oyster farms there. it's expansive and at low tide you can walk for miles. 4x4 vehicles are allowed on the beach at low tide so be aware of that. TIP: you may ride your bike all the way in (1.7 miles) but you just may find a parking spot in one of the few lots. Parking is free and it's hit or miss but it's a secret so don't tell anyone.
